Login with wrong password Notification with Session Timed out appears

      What are the steps to reproduce your problem?
      1. Open Optimize login page
      2. Try to log in with wrong user or password
      3. Notice a message "Your Session timed out." as a notification

      What is the problem?
      We should not see a notification, but instead we already have the error message.
