Regarding the Optimize import:
Let's check if we can just omit to repeatily reimport the entitiesOfLastTimestamp if there is no new page by omitting the import if the TimestampOfLastEntity is below the "currentTimeBackoff" that we apply in the importHandler to backoff from the current time (maybe not as it might be below that window due to scheduling delays?)
