Incomplete Combined Report looks different

        • Engine and Optimize are up, configured and running
        • I create a combined report & don't add any reports to it
        • I place the combined report on a dashboard & save the dashboard
      • when:
        • I look at the view mode of the dashboard
      • expected:
        • Optimize shows me the same result as if it was an incomplete single report
