Handling of tenant deletion

      To Discuss:
      We need to discuss on how to handle the deletion of tenants in the engine.

      The current proposal is:

      • we don't delete tenants from the optimize database when they get deleted in the engine
      • users loose access to tenant specific data in Optimize if the tenant along with the authorizations is deleted from the engine
