AT:
- all report parameter fields are merged into the report configuration fields
- the upgrade script is adjusted so that the report data is changed to the new structure
- the rest api documentation is adjusted accordingly
Conetxt:
The parameter field is from old times where the back-end had no access to the configuration. Therefore we had to add an additional report field with configuration that the back-end would access. Since this is not necessary any longer we should merge the fields.
