Problem description:

• given:
  • I start Optimize
  • I open the developer console in the browser
• when:
  • I open the optimize page in the browser
• then:
  • I see that the optmize page (index.html) is cached
• expected:
  • the index.html is not being cached

Hint:
It seems that this problem exists since we introduced the caching of the backend requests.
