AT:

• scroll based import indexes are not stored anymore in Elasticsearch
• the document for storing those indexes is removed in the upgrade script

Context:
Since scrolling is very expensive, the scroll is up only for a certain amount of time (by default 1 minute). Thus, it doesn't make sense to store them, since they will be lost anyway.
