Optimize Cluster test failing due endpoint changes

      Context:
      The Optimzie-Cluster test fails with a 500 since yesterday https://ci.optimize.camunda.cloud/view/all/job/cluster_test/89/console

      I guess it is caused by the recent create/update report api changes as this test creates a report via curl.
