Menus styling fixes

      AT:
      • Button states styled as per design (Active state is incorrect)
      • Secondary icon button (in input and combo button needs 3x 0px corner radius )
      • No border in 'add to collection' active state
      • Please add additional padding-right of arrow in select/dropdown arrow (2px approx)
      • Ensure the button lengths do not change - to replicate - changing the version in the version dropdown affects the process definition dropdown
