Incomplete report in a dashboard shows an error message

      AT:

      • create a report, select a process definition and save it
      • add the report to the dashboard

      Expected:

      • Report shows a Report incomplete warning on the dashboard with a link to complete the report

      Observed:

      • the report shows null error message as shown
