      This ticket will consider topics including:
      As a User in Optimize I expect that not every user can edit my report and mess up my dashboard.
      As a User in Optimize I expect that not all reports I create a directly visible to other users.
      As a User in Optimize I can decide easily if other users can see my reports and if they can edit it.
