Display process instance duration in raw data table

      AT:

      • raw process reports display a new duration column
      • it's only present for completed instances
      • the duration is in ms

      Context:
      We only consider completed instances as dynamically calculating the duration would have a bigger performance impact on the sorting functionality.
      On the other hand we already support filtering by duration on running instances, however there it only applies if explicitly used and not to all report configurations.
