Report result returns incomplete although there is less that 1000 points in start and end date

      Reproduce:

      • Create a new report with invoice process with the following configuration:
        • View: count process instance
        • GroupBy: start/end date - hour

      Observed:

      • The report evaluation result has isComplete set to false although there are no data

      Expected:

      • Evaluation return isComplete set to true when there is no data and less 1000 data points

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
