What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
In all Process Reports which display assignee or candidate information I would like to be able to see the real name (firstname + lastname) for Assignees and Group Name for the Candidate Group in addition to the userid / groupid.
User Task Reports should be usable in scenarios where user and group ids are cryptic.
Additionally, it would be great to also see the real name and group name in the Assignee and Candidate Group filters.
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
The assignee and candidate group keys/IDs can be hard to read or have no real meaning since the consumer of the report does not know whom the ID belongs to. Displaying the ID helps the consumer of the report to understand who the actual assignee or candidate group was.
AT:
- in the group by (and distribute by) assignee/candidate group reports, the assignee/group name (firstname + lastname for assignee) is added as a label
- in the assignee and candidate group filters the names are added
Context:
Sometimes the key/id of users/groups can be hard to read. Therefore, we use the name of an entity everywhere else in the application. So we should also do that here.
