Make Popover default sizing small

      Currently, the Popover has the 20px 40px padding as default, which is used by the ProcessDefinition and Sharing Popover. All other instances of the Popover (Configuration, Tenants, Version) need to overwrite this setting with a smaller 10px 20px 15px 20px padding.

      In coordination with asia.malina we decided that the smaller padding should be the default and the ProcessDefinition and the Sharing Popover are the special cases that need to overwrite the default styling.

      AT:

      • Popover uses 10px 20px 15px 20px padding per default
      • ProcessDefinitionSelection and Sharing Popover overwrite this default with 20px 40px padding
      • Configuration and Tenant Popover no longer overwrite default padding
