Harmonize how the automatic field update is done in the ElasticsearchWriterUtil

      • all writer class that use the ElasticsearchWriterUtil.createPrimitiveFieldUpdateScript use the ElasticsearchWriterUtil.createFieldUpdateScript method instead
      • all writer classes where the update is done manually and the update can be automated, the new method is being used.

      Context:
      With OPT-2460 we introduced a new method that allows to update not only primitive fields. Also it is less error prone and simpler to understand. So we should try to find out, if we can remove the old utility class without any problems.
