Conext:
With OPT-2275 we added tenant data to the data generation in a random manner.
As we want to make use of this data not only for import testing but also manual testing (e.g. in stage or locally) Johannes raised the idea to only statically assign tenant scenarios to some definitions only. So we know where to look for a specific scenario during testing.

• 3 tenants scenarios are statically assigned to 3 different definitions
  • 1 tenant only, no shared definition
