      Context:
      In the course of the new permission concept based on collections, the relations between items (reports & dashboards) & collections need to be changed.

      AT:

      • a particular item can only be assigned to one collection or none
      • an item can be copied to the same, another collection or to no collection (==private report) via the REST API
      • I can get all the items of a collection via the REST API
      • private items (dashboard & report) (no collection assigned, author = current User) can be obtained via the REST API
      • the REST API is documented
