User/Group Search

      Context:
      In order to allow users to search for groups and users available in context of a good UX in relation to OPT-2545, we need an API that allows to search for users/groups.

      AT:

      • a REST API is available for searching for users & groups
      • I can do a case-insensitive search for users on their firstname, lastname, email
      • I can see all users authorized to access the same Optimize instance when searching for users or looking at the collection roles, even if they originate from a different engine
      • The results are sorted alphabetically by firstname
      • the REST API is documented in the wiki
