Alert Modal checkbox does not get selected when clicked

      Reproduce:

      • Create a new an alert
      • Click on one of the checkboxes

      Expected:

      • checkbox get selected

      Observed:

      • checkbox does not get select unless you click the next checkbox

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
