Improve heatmap tooltips

      AT:

      • Make the heatmap tooltips always centered even if it's content is HTML like in branch analysis
      • Add light color options to the tooltips (We can use the css in branch anaylsis)
      • Make add diagram tooltip accept react markup as content to make it easier to use
