Context:
There was a new version of https://github.com/camunda/camunda-license-check released. This introduced a new license format where actually one license can grant access to different products in contrast to having one license per product in the past.

AT:

• Optimize accepts old licenses (the current ones)
• Optimize accepts new format licenses and checks whether optimize is enabled (e.g. `license.validate("optimize", "true");`
