Triggering the "Release Camunda Optimize Example Repository" during a release is optional

      Context:
      Currently a release run always triggers the release of the example repo. However in cases where we reperform a release to incorporate fixes we only need to perform the example repo release on the first release run, not on the following ones.

      AT:

      • the trigger of the "Release Camunda Optimize Example Repository" job from the release job can be deactivated via a parameter (default: active)
