L3 - Default AT:
- a whole collection can be copied
- on copy a desired name for the copy can be provided, see e.g. the design linked in the parent task.
- permissions & scope are copied as they are 1:1
- the required role to be able to copy a collection is "Manager" of this specific collection
- sub entities like reports & dashboards are copied and moved to that collection as well, add " (copy)" to the collection title but not to the content entities
- similar as to copy & moving dashboards, there should only be one copy per unique report, even if that report is referenced by multiple dashboards & combined reports in that collection
- the API is documented in confluence
