e2e tests on CI are broken for IE

      The e2e tests are broken for IE: https://ci.optimize.camunda.cloud/view/all/job/e2e_tests/58/console

      I was not able to reproduce the error locally yet, but they do fail consistently on the CI.

      AT:

      • remove e2e test execution for internet explorer
      • add hint in minor and alpha release guidelines that the QA team manually tests IE
