Reproduce:

Create a New report and select a process definition that has no user task data (e.g Branch Analysis Process)
Select group by assignee or candidate group
From the configuration options:
- Set the distribution to be by 'user task'

Observed:

Optimize crashes with an error: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined

Expected:

Optimize does not crash and show the result correctly
