adjust dependency check regex to also check css files

      Context:
      we added IBM/plex font as a dependency to the project and it is imported from a CSS file. Therefore, it is not detected by our dependencies tests.

      AT:

      • update the regex in the dependencies test to also check CSS files for any project dependencies
