L3 - Default Context:
To not having to handle two scenarios (search available/search not available) and due to the fact that user id's will always be visible and that is would be convenient to be able to search on them as well we agreed that the user sync cannot be disabled anymore but meta-data can be excluded if not wanted to be exposed to Optimize by the customer.
AT:
- identity sync cannot be disabled anymore
- identity sync can be configured to not include metadata for users identities but only id's
- for groups the name is always imported
