Find Methods in Readers should not fetch XML fields

      Some methods in the Report- and DecisionReader classes do not exclude XML fields when fetching results, which can slow down the process as these fields can be quite large. Since they aren't needed in the results, they can be excluded to avoid unnecessary load.
