Aggregation missing in Config Options for distributed by user task

      1. Create Report
      2. Set View: User Task: Duration, Group by: Assignee, Visualization: Bar Chart
      3. Check Config Options and see Aggregation can be modified
      4. Now Set Distributed by to user task
      5. Check Config Options and see Aggregation is not available anymore, but is being used in report evaluation still
