An additional layer of security that is called "Global Roles" can be configured and is used by Optimize.
Global roles can be configured for every Optimize user and define their access rights for the entire application. These roles are used to give or remove complete features or areas.
Example Role:
Member: Only allowed to be a member of a collection (under consideration of the respective collection role). No right to create a Collection or entities outside a collection.
Creator Role:
Full access (including root level and Analysis), except Event Monitoring
Event Monitoring Expert Role:
Full access, including Event Monitoring (dedicated role for Event Monitoring)
Before this can be started in Optimize it needs to be clarified where these Permissions can be configured. Similar permissions are needed by other applications like Cawemo.
