Cannot click and drag the scrollbar in user search dropdown list

      • open the add user or user group modal
      • open the search for name... dropdown list
      • click and drag the scrollbar in order to scroll down

      the whole list disappears

      // expected behavior
      it is possible to scroll down by click and drag
