the id is duplicated inside add user list option list if all other identity data is null

      Reproduce:

      • in Camunda admin, create a user with an empty name, email(only has an id)
      • Give the user access to Optimize
      • open the add user modal inside the collection and search for that user

      Observed:

      • The user id is shown two times in the option list

      Expected:

      • The id is only shown once
