Ability to customize data formats in Reports

      As an Optimize user I need to be able to
      format number and date variables when they are being used in Reports
      because this helps me to create efficient and business-friendly reports.

      Ideally users should be able to set currency, date and number formatting (like e.g. in Excel).

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
