Make maven javadoc work with lombok

      Context:
      Recently the release test failed as the javadoc plugin got confused with the lombok magic.
      In order to avoid these issues we should delombok our sources before feeding them to the javadoc plugin, see https://stackoverflow.com/a/51947792.
