No/Multi-Tenancy-Handling

      Context:

      In many cases customers don't use multi-tenancy at all, for those we want to hide the tenant aspects in the collection data source section.

      AT:

      • a special (or just differently configured) `Add Data Sources` modal that does not offer tenant options
      • hide tenants on data-source entries (will be just "not defined" anyway)
      • no edit operation available on data source list entries
      • to determine whether we should show tenant data the `tenantsAvailable` property of the UI Configuration endpoint is used

            andreas.geier When you want to review it, please let me.
            On the stage version, tenants are always available, therefore, it is not possible to test it there.
            Maybe I can give you my machine to test it.
