Context:

In many cases customers don't use multi-tenancy at all, for those we want to hide the tenant aspects in the collection data source section.

AT:

• a special (or just differently configured) `Add Data Sources` modal that does not offer tenant options
• hide tenants on data-source entries (will be just "not defined" anyway)
• no edit operation available on data source list entries
• to determine whether we should show tenant data the `tenantsAvailable` property of the UI Configuration endpoint is used
