Add basic auth proxy to `Connect to secured Elasticsearch` pipeline

    Description

      Context:

      With the upgrade to Elasticsearch 6.4.0 the platinum docker container is not available anymore. Basic auth is now bound to be available to having an actual license for elasticsearch, what we don't have in context of our test pipelines.

      We thus need to setup a proxy container with basic auth to test basic auth. This as the same time covers the scope of OPT-2087 (testing with elasticsearch behind a proxy).
