I can restart Optimize and it will get to the latest import page fast

        • optimize is quickly detecting that all process definitions are imported and backoffs those jobs
        • optimize is quickly getting to the last successful page of activity import job

      • we should consider persisting last index in elasticsearch and try to read it on the startup
