      Wait for OPT-2982 and OPT-3020 to be fixed first.

       

      Context:
      Once event based processes can be published (OPT-2930) we need to offer them at the definition endpoints, allow them to be added to collection scopes for them to be used and ensure event based reports are visible to all. Currently, tests for reports for event process definitions are still missing.
