Alert response shows duration in milliseconds instead of a date

    Description

      • given:
        • I create a duration number report
        • I create an alert for that report
      • when:
        • the threshold of that alert is exceeded and an email sent to the user
      • then:
        • I see the following text:
          Camunda Optimize - Report Status
          Alert name: Inside collection alert (process, duration)
          Report name: Alert report number
          Status: Given threshold [259200000000] is not reached. Current value: 551541309. Please check your Optimize report for more information!

        • the duration is displayed in milliseconds since the epoche
      • expected:
        • I see a formatted date in the email response
