Upgrade performance test on large static dataset needs to assert doc counts

      Context:
      During the release of 2.7.0 we enountered a bug in the upgrade that wasn't detected earlier because the `Upgrade performance test on large static dataset` jenkins job does not do any assertions on crucial indices like the process-instance-index.

      AT:

      • Either `Upgrade performance test on large static dataset` or a new test pipeline to be created asserts expected doc counts after upgrading  on at least the following indices:
        • process-instance
        • decision-instance
        • process-definition
        • decision-definition
        • activity-instance
        • user-task
        • variable
