Upgrade should report batch failures

      Context:

      The upgrade currently only checks for reindex task to be completed, however it may be completed due to failures. It needs to be checked whether errors occurred and this needs to get at least reported in the upgrade log.

      AT:

      • reindex task failures are logged
      • upgrade aborts on any reindex failures as we cannot guarantee a working state in such cases
