Mention in the upgrade guide how Optimize handles the indexes on upgrade

      Context:
      In SUPPORT-6896, a user raised that issue since he's using the ElasticSearch cluster also for other programs. After reading the documentation he was not sure if he can safely upgrade Optimize or if the upgrade will touch other indexes as well. We should make that clear

      AT:

      • in the upgrade guide it's mentioned that:
        • it's not recommended to run other stuff on the ElasticSearch cluster of Optimize
        • it's mentioned that Optimize touches only the Optimize indexes during the upgrade, but we don't give any guarantee for that.
