Download ElasticSearch distribution directly instead of using the maven dependency

      Context:
      For our Optimize demo distribution, we ship ElasticSearch with it. Until Elasticsearch 6.X is was possible to download it using the maven dependency org.elasticsearch.distribution.zip. However, Elastic decided to drop that maven dependency and thus, we need to download ElasticSearch directly now.

      AT:

      • The ElasticSearch distribution is downloaded directly.
      • The build of the Optimize demo distribution still works with ElasticSearch included.
      • the demo distribution works on Windows, Linux, and MacOS
