[OPT-3118] Display conflicting resources on event based process deletion

I have to reopen this ticket as the conflicting resources will not be displayed when you delete an event based process inside the process view

Reproduce:

1. go to the list of event based processes (http://localhost:8090/#/eventBasedProcess/) and delete a process --> this works fine
2. select an event based process and click delete in the process view --> the conflicting resources are missing in the confirmation modal
