Simplify alert creation

      • Add an option to copy alerts
      • The option opens a modal where it is possible to change the name of the alert
      • Confirming the modal will create a new alert with the same information of the original alert
      • It is not possible to copy an alert outside the collection
      • Only editors and managers can copy an alert
