      AT:

      • I can see, add & delete permissions for users and groups on event based processes
      • The permissions can be edited at any time regardless of the publishing state
      • There should be at least one user who has access to the published process (at least one user in the user list)
      • The current user is loaded when Optimiz load and is used to check whether the process is private or other users have access
