Store start/end activities for completed process instances

      As part of https://jira.camunda.com/browse/OPT-3188, we will create a new index to store completed activities from the engine. In addition, we need to create and store start and end activities when process instances are completed, to allow users to model/map the start and end of process instances. We already page through completed process instances from the engine, so we might be able to adjust the functionality of the importer there to include this extra write.
