Refactor UserTask report evaluation IT

      The test case setup across the different UserTask:Duration and UserTask:Frequency report IT classes is in parts very similar and have become quite bulky in some areas. To make them easier to maintain it would be beneficial to look into whether they can be extracted into a client or shared class.

       

      AT:

      • the repetition of code within the userTask IT classes is reduced by moving all shared test setup operations to a shared location
