Create activities during import of active camunda activities

      As part of https://jira.camunda.com/browse/OPT-3188, we create start/end activities when we import completed activities (something we map as start/end events, such as a task) from the engine. We should also create the events for running activities so that users could also use pending activities properly, without having to wait for the activity to end in the engine.

      AT:

      • We create camunda activity start events for tasks that can be mapped to start/end events when importing active activities from the engine
